Updated Cancellation & Deposit Policy

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total at checkout.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No-shows will forfeit the full deposit.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling depending on availability.
A card on file is required to secure your deposit at booking. Cash or card is accepted for your service at the time of your appointment, and your deposit will be automatically applied to your total.

For extensions, major color services, or intensive appointments, a higher deposit or longer notice may be required. We value your time as much as ours and appreciate your understanding.
