Updated Cancelation & Deposit Policy

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total at checkout.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No-shows will forfeit the full deposit.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling depending on availability.

For extensions, major color services, or intensive appointments, a higher deposit or longer notice may be required. We value your time as much as ours and appreciate your understanding.
